Data Volley and Video Course in Tijuana

 

TIJUANA, Mexico, April 23, 2012 – The FIVB Regional Development Center in Dominican Republic in collaboration with the North, Central American and Caribbean Confederation and the Mexican Volleyball Federation will held a Data Volley and Data Video Course from April 24-27.

 

The course will take place at the High Performance Center of Baja California before the NORCECA Women’s Continental Olympic Qualification Tournament to be held also in the same place.

 

About 45 participants from 14 countries of America, Europe and the Caribbean are expected to take the course including Mexico, Venezuela, St. Croix, St. Thomas, Spain, Haiti, Korea, St. Kitts, Grenada, Nicaragua, Dominican Republic, Belize, Costa Rica and Perú.

 

Representatives of the organizations in charge of the development of the course arrived in Tijuana and held a meeting and visited the premises of the High Development Center. They are Yohanna Mota, of the Regional Center, James Wilroy of Data Project, Judith Sandino, President of the Statistics and VIS Commission of NORCECA and Yeivic Jimenez, one of the instructors.

 

The objective of the visit to the different areas was to inspect the classrooms and the boarding and meal rooms for the participants.
