Perez Cruz reelected in Puerto Rico

SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico August 16, 2012 - The Board of Directors of Puerto Rico Volleyball Federation reelected the engineer Nelson Pérez Cruz as President for a second term (2012-2016).

During the meeting attended by 16 of 20 members unanimously ratified Perez Cruz to continue as President of the National Federation.

Perez Cruz became the only candidate after the withdrawal in recent days of JaimeLamboy who was running for the position

"I appreciate the support of board members and this second term brings new challenges and goals to achieve in favor of our sport," Perez Cruz said.

Pérez Cruz is also member of the NORCECA Board Administration and its Sports Event Council.
