Caguas one victory away from the crown

GUAYNABO, Puerto Rico- The Criollas de Caguas defeated the Changas de Naranjito before a sold out crowd at the Coliseo Mario 'Quijote' Morales to take a 3-2 lead in the Final Series of the Women's Volleyball League.

The scores for the contest were 24-26, 25-17, 25-17, 20-25, 17-15. .

Pilar Marie Victoriá was the best in the offense for Caguas with 29 points, followed by Karina Ocasio's 25. Andrea Rangel had 38 points for Naranjito.

The sixth game will be on Monday the 13th at 8:00 pm at the Roberto Clemente Coliseum in San Juan.

The Criollas will seek a triumph to obtain their fifth consecutive title and the number 13 in the history of the LVSF.
