Dates announced for Junior Pan Am Games Cali 2021

SANTO DOMINGO, Dominican Republic, September 23, 2020 – The Organizing Committee of the Junior Pan American Games to be held in Cali Valle, Colombia in 2021 announced the official dates for the beach and indoor volleyball tournaments.

The girls’ event will take place from September 10 to 14 while the boys’ competition will be contested from September 15 to 19 at Colegio Evangelista Mora. The top two teams of each pool will play crossed semifinals followed by the day of medal matches.

The beach volleyball for both genders will be disputed at Canchas Panamericanas also from September 15 to 19.

The events for players born in 1999 will qualify the top two countries of each confederation (NORCECA and CSV) to the Pan American Games of 2023 to be held in Santiago de Chile.

The rest of the countries for the indoor volleyball will qualify through the 2022 Pan American Cup and in beach volleyball by the accumulative points attained in the continental tour from 2021 to 2023.
