Dominicana wins explosive match against Argentina

TRUJILLO, Peru, July 8, 2019 - In an explosive encounter, the Dominican Republic team beat Argentina by 3-2 (17-25, 25-17, 21-25, 25-21, 16-14) claiming  its third consecutive victory in the preliminary round of the Women's Pan American Cup.

Both teams showed the best of their attack. The Argentineans sought to take advantage of the flaws in the Dominican defense, but the winning team put up resistance and knew how to prevail with the variety of their attack and the strength of their blocking.
