Hodge elected MVP in St Martin Qualifier

MARIGOT, St. Martin, October 30, 2016 – Jacqueline Hodge of French St Martin was named as the Most Valuable Player of the ECVA Women’s World Championship Qualification Tournament Group C won by her team on Sunday.

Hodge was also one of the two middle blockers in the All-Star team along with Shanicia Dyer of St Kitts and Nevis.

Valerie Damaseau of St Martin received the awards as best receiver and best digger while teammamte Clemire Alphonse was name the best libero.

Georgina Zeon and Genelle Howell, of St Martin and St Kitts and Nevis, respectively, were named the best outside spikers while Myrna Rivers of St Eustatius was selected the best opposite player.

Sjahrisa Hook of St Eustatius was recognized as the best server and Audery Gil of St Martin as the best setter.
