María Belén Arcia, captain of Nicaragua: "Yesterday's match (against the United States) we took as a warm up because we did not have much preparation, obviously for today the goal was to win, but it was not possible. We were affected by the attitude, that's something that we always have to improve."

Claudia Noguera, coach of Nicaragua: "Honduras dominated completely from the beginning, they concentrated more, and it was something that we talked with the girls, that if they wanted to do a good job they had to concentrate.
