The stage is set for Beach Volley in Chiapas

PUERTO ARISTA, Chiapas (05/17/2912).- With the preparation of the main stadium and the adjacent court in Puerto Arista, all is set for the start of the actions in the fourth stage of the NORCECA Beach Volleyball Circuit.

In this stop, 18 men’s duos and 12 women’s duos resulting from the Main Draw are set to compete.

The women’s division will play the first phase in four groups of three teams each, and the two top teams will move up to the next round. In men’s, a double elimination system will be used.

The stadium has a seating capacity of 2,000 people and looks spectacular in this coastal area of the state of Chiapas. The temperatures range between 30 and 33 degrees Celsius.

The control committee, led by Arnaldo Sanchez and Indhira Ramirez has completed the registration process and all teams meet the eligibility requirements outlined by the NORCECA rule book.

Puerto Arista hotels are at 100% capacity so it is anticipated that the stadium will be at full capacity during the weekend matches.

Larx Promotions, in charge of managing the event, is occupying 80 hotel rooms, including accommodations for athletes, organizers, and the control committee.

For the third time, Puerto Arista is hosting one of the stops of the NORCECA Beach Volleyball Circuit and anticipation has grown since the first stop of the tour in this location. With that, all is ready for the actions to kick off.
