Molten Executive Attends Pan Am Cup as Special Guest

LIMA, Peru, June 21, 2017 – Mr. Hidenari Fujii, the Latin America Business Director of Molten Corporation, is attending the XVI Women’s Volleyball Pan American Cup in Lima and Cañete, Peru as special guest of NORCECA Confederation and the Peruvian Volleyball Federation.

Mr. Fujii arrived in the Peruvian capital on Tuesday and was at Eduardo Dibos Coliseum watching the matches of the fourth day in Pool B.

He was welcomed at the official competition venue by Mr. Cristobal Marte Hoffiz, president of NORCECA Confederation, Ms. Diana Gonzales, president of the Peruvian Volleyball Federation and the organizing committee and Ms. Arateide Cáceres, director of National Federations of NORCECA.

Molten is the main sponsor of NORCECA Confederation and the Molten V5M-5000 is the official ball for all the competitions held under its umbrella with the Pan American Cup, men’s and women’s, being part of them.

“We are pleased to have Mr. Fujii as a special guest for this competition whose roots go back to 2002 when we had the first Pan American Cup in Mexicali, Mexico”, Marte Hoffiz said. “Our partnership with Molten has been a fruitful one for both parts and we are proud about this association.”

The referees of the Pan American Cup are using the Deevo whistle, one device of superior quality recently launched by Molten that produces a powerful sound in two directions and was designed to cut through noise so the sound can be heard throughout the entirety of the volleyball court.
