Second Phase of Mini Volley continental seminar is a success in
TIJUANA, Mexico, September 4, 2016 – The second part of the
Continental Mini Volleyball Seminar began at the FIVB-Norceca
Regional Development Center in Baja California, Mexico.
Activities are directed by Argelio Hernández of Cuba, who has
also worked around many parts of the world.
A great agenda has been part of this second workshop phase that
has combined theoretical and practical work with the great
experience of Hernandez who has conducted several seminars in
Mexico. But this one is key as part of the efforts made by
Norceca with the goal of reaching a wider base and promotion of
volleyball among kids and new generations.
Among the most important topics analyzed and practiced are the
Game Actions Philosophy, Dynamic Training Conduction with young
players, physical work and preparation for beginners as well as
skills, and abilities.
