TIJUANA, Mexico, January 26, 2016 - The Technical Fundamentals
Seminar concluded successfully, at the FIVB Regional Development
Center in Baja California Mexico.
The course was directed by Cuban instructor Argelio Hernandez.
Several topics were part of the session such as coaches’ work
and their professional skills, as well as iniciation at early
ages for players and also the practical skills for the
professional athlete.
Some other topics like the technical sequences for service and
reception as well as the methodological aspects and also work on
attack, block and defense were also part of the theoretical and
practical sessions.
Seminar was complete according to the attendees. Many of them
work as coaches at the State Development programs in Baja
California and some other parts in Mexico.
The strenght and conditioning work and also video analysis were
part of the program along with the game complex types.
Seminar attendees received their certificate as well as training
manuals and an international biblographic material along with
brochures, videos and books and a digital memory with all the
presentations made during the course. |
