Andy Read, coach of United States: “Both teams played really hard. It was a high level game of volleyball, very entertaining to watch. We were focused on the possibility of playing five sets and we are so glad about finishing first in the pool”.

Ben Josephson, coach of Canada: “We lost many opportunities of winning this match. We’ll have to look back and see where we failed. The USA team did a good job and their services worked perfectly. Hopefully we can see each other in the final. All depends on tomorrow’s results”.
