XIII AFECAVOL Girls’ U18 Central American Championship coming soon

 

CIUDAD QUESADA, Costa Rica, November 14, 2019.- The thirteenth AFECAVOL Girls’ U18 Central American Championship will be taking place from November 19 to 23 at Siglo XXI Gymnasium in the City of Quesada Costa Rica.

 

The round-robin competition features Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras and Nicaragua, starting on Tuesday 19th and crowning AFECAVOL champion on Saturday 23rd.

 

Honduras is the current champion after winning their second title (2005, 2017) undefeated while hosting the past edition of the event over Costa Rica that had won the past five editions in a row.

 

The AFECAVOL U18 girl’s podium has been shared by Costa Rica, Guatemala and Honduras during the last four editions of the tournament. The champion will represent AFECAVOL in continental championships.
