Yumilka Ruiz, captain of Cuba: “We came well prepared for this match. All the semi finals are tough.”

Francisco Cruz, coach of Dominican Republic: “Cuba is a great team. We have faced them five times this year with the same result. I don’t think we failed in our reception, on the contrary, Cuba had excellent serves.”

Felipe Calderon, coach of Cuba: “We came out very focused and the players executed well. I am very satisfied also with the job done by the reserve players we used as replacements.”
