Rico Seeks Fourth Consecutive NORCECA Women’s Final Four Title
PONCE,
Puerto Rico, June 2, 2026 – Puerto Rico will look to extend its
dominance when it hosts the 2026 NORCECA Women’s Final Four from
June 5 to 7 at Salvador Dijols Coliseum in Ponce, featuring the
national teams of Puerto Rico, Mexico, Costa Rica, and Cuba. The
hosts enter the tournament aiming to capture their fourth
consecutive title, further establishing themselves as one of the
event’s leading contenders. The competition will also mark Cuba’s
return to the Final Four following its last appearance in 2024,
adding an extra element of excitement to what promises to be a
high-level tournament.

Shields and Frohling of the United States Crowned Champions in San
Salvador
SAN SALVADOR, El Salvador, May 31, 2026.-
Madison
Shields and Hannah Frohling of the United States won the gold medal
at the fifth stop of the 2026 NORCECA Beach Volleyball Tour, held at
the Flor Blanca Sports Complex in San Salvador. In their first
appearance on the NORCECA Tour, Shields/Frohling captured the title,
although they had to work hard to defeat Canadians Darby Dunn and
Alison McKay 21-19, 25-23. Dunn and McKay were unable to repeat the
gold medal performance they achieved a week earlier in Tamaulipas.
