Beach Volleyball Course in Guanajuato

 

GUANAJUATO, Mexico, January 27, 2019 – An International Coaches Course Level I of Beach Volleyball is currently taking place in Celaya, Guanajuato with 21 participants, including those hailing from Argentina and El Salvador.

 

The director of the course which runs until May 30 is Mauro Hernández who is a certified FIVB Instructor.

 

The opening ceremony was attended by Alejandro Borjón, president of the Volleyball Association of the State of Guanajuato, Hector Roman, regional sport coordinator of Guanajuato, Juan Antonio Zacarías, director of students of the University of Celaya, and Lisandra Ramírez and Raysa Morel, coordinator and supervisor.

 

The course is organized by the NORCECA/FIVB Regional Development Centre in the Dominican Republic under the direction of Nelson Ramírez.

 

The course is taking place at University of Celaya which has excellent courts for beach volleyball.

 

Borbon expressed welcoming words on behalf of the Mexican Federation and its president Jesus Perales saying it is of great satisfaction to carry this course in Guanajuato whose officials have been working hard to elevate the capacity level of all the coaches and instructors of the state.
