Cuba wins its first match in the Pan American Cup

Havana, Cuba, October 3, 2022.- The Cuban team was successful in its first match of this Men's Volleyball Pan American Cup after defeating the Haitian team.

The Cubans vastly outperformed the Haitian team in attacks (47-27), in blocks (9-4) and in services (12-3) to defeat them 3-1 (18-25, 25-17, 25-12, 25). -11) within the framework of this Pan-American event.

Alejandro González was the top scorer for Cuba with 25 points followed by Bryan Camino who contributed 17 and Yusniel Marti who added 9. For Haiti Estakend Beauvoir had 11 points Dieulengy Relis added another 9.

Cuba will play this October 4 against the Nicaraguan team in its second commitment.
