Dominican Republic Men's National Volleyball Team and Peru to play friendly series

SANTO DOMINGO, Dominican Republic, June 9, 2022 – The Dominican Republic men's national volleyball team will host its counterpart from Peru for six friendly matches starting on Friday 10.

The Peruvian delegation is made of 17 players (includes U23 athletes) and three officials.

The sport exchange includes combined morning training and playing sessions for the U23 teams from both countries in preparation for the Bolivarian Games of Valledupar.

On Friday 10 and Sunday 12, the teams will clash at Air Force Base Gymnasium with the sides also meeting at Leo Tavares Complex in Higuey (eastern part of the country) on Saturday.

Nelson Ramírez, director of the Men’s Program of the Dominican Volleyball Federation announced the last three matches will take place at the facilities of New Horizons School starting at 18:00 (local time).
