Dominicans dominated Nicaragua and go to semifinals

HAVANA, Cuba, August 30, 2018 - The Dominican Republic had no difficulties to dominate Nicaragua 3-0 (25-23, 25-19, 25-17) to win a place in tomorrow's semifinal Norceca Sub-21 Men's Volleyball Tournament in the Sports City's own Coliseum.

Once again Bayron Valdez was the top scorer with 25 points, escorted by the other corner player Luis Reinoso and the opposite Jairo Pérez, with 10 points each.

On the other hand the one of Nicaragua said that "Dominican is a team that has improved a lot, has players who hit the ball hard, jump and have good height. We fought point by point in the first one but they left us, and afterwards in the others we could not do more, although we fought, but I think we got a little discouraged."
