TIJUANA, Mexico, November 7, 2016 – Puerto Rican instructor Juan Cartagena will direct the Middle Players Seminar that begins this week at the FIVB-Norceca Regional Development Center located at the Baja California High Performance Center.

Cartagena, who has already directed several courses in the country, will be in charge of the activities scheduled between November 8th and November 14th in Tijuana.

“All my life volleyball has been one of my greatest passions. This passion has taken me to study the sport and to practice it as best as I can in order to reach perfection in every attempt,” said the instructor who is expected to arrive in Tijuana on Tuesday.

The Regional Development Center in Mexico also informed that a second course, focused in preparation of Libero Players is scheduled to begin on November 29 until December 5.   The instructor assigned for this course will be announced later.
