Popocatépetl doesn’t stop NORCECA


NOGALES, Mexico, May 23, 2023.-
The Popocatépetl volcano in Mexico, does not stop NORCECA to get the U21 Women’s NORCECA Pan American Cup underway in Nogales, Sonora, Mexico.

 

The competition was set to begin on Tuesday May 23, but due to numerous flight cancellations caused by ashes from the volcanic activity nearby the airport in Mexico City, teams have arrived late in Nogales, therefore NORCECA is forced to reschedule the preliminary round and quarterfinal round as follows (local time):
