Thirty-five coaches complete Data Volley Course in Cuba

HAVANA, Cuba, February 19, 2018 – Thirty-five national Cuban coaches of volleyball and beach volleyball have completed a course of Data Volley addressed by instructor Yeivic Jiménez of Venezuela.

The course lasted from February 12 to 19 with daily sessions where Mr. Jimenez encouraged the top Cuban coaches to utilize this valuable technological tool while fulfilling the program organized in conjunction with the Cuban Volleyball Federation.

The coaches received plenty information about the different analysis with the functions of the Data Volley system and MatchShare while the Cuban Federation received the key to download the different matches currently available in the library on line.

Mr. Jimenez was satisfied by the level of technical capacity of the coaches, the interest showed to add the new tools and the logistic facilities presented by the Cuban Federation, presided over by Mr. Ariel Sainz.

“We are satisfied with the results attained in the course and the interest by Mr. Jimenez to transmit information and share experiences with the Cuban coaches,” Sainz said. “We are also grateful to NORCECA president Cristobal Marte Hoffiz and Ms Arateide Cáceres, director of national federations for them opportunity to have this type of course in Cuba.”
